Injection Molding

Our factory is equipped with injection molding machines Arburg and Engel for processing thermoplastics. We use tools manufactured in our own tool shop as well as customer tools. In the injection molding process, we use machines with a clamping force range between 500 and 3,200 kN, some of them are equipped with robots for inmold labeling. We can also print the molded parts directly in our factory (screen printing, pad printing, hot stamping).

In-Mold Labeling (IML)

IML is a process for decorating parts during the plastic injection molding cycle. The preprinted labels are encapsulated in the plastic as part of the finished product. IML advantages include:

Recyclability

The molded part and the label are from the same material and therefore can be completely recycled.

Price

Elimination of secondary decorating operations and costs, since injection molding and labeling are accomplished in one step.

Quality

High quality of graphics on the label, possibility of photorealistic graphic.

Durability

High abrasion and chemical resistance.
